Welcome to our website! We, Oakwood Real Estate, would like to regenerate the former White Horse Pub site on High Road into a vibrant space with an attractive high quality development which includes a new pub with outside seating area and much-needed new homes.

We are keen to hear the views of local people regarding our proposals, which have been carefully crafted following widespread public consultation. We held a drop-in exhibition on Monday 4th July 2022 where our experts were available to discuss our ideas and answer questions.
